Configure a digital venue only when your event needs online viewing or hosting. Physical-only events can leave it disabled.
Steps
- Enable Virtual only when the event includes a digital experience.
- Create a stream and define who can watch or host.
- Open the studio to manage the configured live media.
- Test with a permitted participant before advertising the stream.

If something is missing
Check the selected event, your role and the enabled modules. If an action fails, keep the entered details and review the error before retrying. Ask an administrator for access rather than sharing another account.
